Hearts and Friends© was designed by Laura E. Williams who was born with a rare heart disease and earned a Master's Degree in Health Education. The designer of Hearts and Friends© has professional experience as an officer of health insurance and of health services at hospitals while having personal experience as a life-long patient getting specialized medical care.
